1. About this website

This website at yealth.mu is operated by yealth ("we", "us", "our"). It is informational: it exists to explain what we are building, let you learn about our farm co-ownership model, and allow you to join a waitlist and register interest in an information session or webinar.

2. Not an offer and not financial advice

Nothing on this website is:

The information here is general and does not take account of your personal circumstances. You should obtain your own independent professional advice before making any financial decision. Any terms on which you may one day become a co-owner or member will be set out in separate written agreements, provided to you directly, which will govern that relationship.

3. Joining the waitlist

Submitting a form on this website adds you to our waitlist and lets us contact you. It is not a binding commitment by you or by us. It does not create any contract, membership, ownership interest, or obligation, and it does not require any payment. We may contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or email about information sessions, webinars, and updates. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

They are not promises, forecasts, or guarantees of any future result. Co-ownership of a farming business carries risk, including the risk that the business does not perform as hoped and the risk of loss. Projected performance is not a reliable indicator of actual future performance.
